Hibiscus restaurant was originally opened in the market town of Ludlow, Shropshire, in May 2000 by French born Claude Bosi and his English wife Claire. Claude has been trained by some of the worlds greatest chefs such as Alain Ducasse. A year it opened, Hibiscus was awarded its first Michelin star, followed by the second three years later. With the restaurants phenomenal success, Hibiscus relocated to Mayfair in London where its accomplishments continue.

The wine list is extensive and leaves you spoilt for choice. The menu is brimming with ambitious original recipes created by Monsieur Bosi that have won him a loyal following of customers, and some of the combinations of flavours may surprise you.
